CHARACTERISTICS:
The tea tends light liquoring, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The cherry flavoring and subtle rose hints give the tea a wonderful exotic character.

DETAILS:
Grown in China, Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose is a pan fired green tea with a light liquor, it's fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body. The cherry flavoring and subtle rose hints give the tea a wonderfully exotic character.


FOR HOT TEA:
Use water that is about 180F or 90C. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz of water in teapot. Pour Freshly boiled water over tea. Steep for 3-7 minutes. Milk and Sugar are not recommended. *You don't have to remove leaves from the cup. Once water it low just add more hot water to enjoy again.*


FOR COLD TEA:
* One Quart * Place 6 teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top up the pitcher with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. * Please Note* :Top Quality tea may cloud when iced. It is O.K. due to their natually high polyphenol levels.
