CHARACTERISTICS:
Wonderful! The taste symphony begins with soft creamy notes of Kenyan coffee followed by a fruit crescendo with an Amaretto finale.

Rooibos, Mango, Yogurt crisps, Sour Cherries, Red thisle

DETAILS:
If you've ever heard of Pilamisu, this is it in a cup! For the rest of us that haven't, it's like Tiramisu with hints of sour cherries and yogurt. Enter French Vanilla coffee!


FOR HOT TEA:
Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1tsp of tea for each cup into teapot. Add boiling water, cover and let steep 3-7 min. Add milk and sugar to taste. Acceptable to consume 'straight up.'

FOR COLD TEA:
(1QT/ltr)Place 6tsps of tea in a heat resistant pitcher. Add 1 1/4 cups freshly boiled water. Steep 5 min, Quarter fill a serving pitcher with ice water. Add steeped tea and fill with ice water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
