During May, the lush and fertile landscape of the Carolinas is ablaze with the color from the blossoms of the soft fruit trees. A large percentage of these trees are peach trees and by the end of July, these delicate blossoms manifest themselves into large, soft, juicy, yellow peaches. This fruit and herb tea has a flavoring that is reminiscient of these peaches - perhaps a little more full bodied and fruity, but still has a wonderful tones of Carolina peaches.
